rant:
been seeing a lot of nasty comments about haley reinhart via youtube, twitter and even showing up in the tag for her name on tumblr. people rant: “she has no talent, she has attitude, she dresses to provocatively,” and i think it’s sickening. why are you pressing her so hard? threatened? upset your favorite is gone or has serious competition? american idol IS a competition after all, people are bound to leave and there will be only one standing and that one should be haley. she interprets a song like no other this year & unlike any of recent memory. she’s passionate with a fabulously different voice, but also a cool chick and speaks her mind when it’s completely necessary. there’s something utterly authentic and raw about her and i mean that on & off stage. if you genuinely hate her (which is absurd considering she’s just a girl trying to win a competition) then keep it to yourself because you’ll be beyond over this in a few weeks when the season is over.
